Gordon was very patient when we changed the details a couple of times. He gave good advice in areas such as colour scheme especially when the colour we chose did not not quite match the overall scheme. He was also very helpful towards us who are first time home owners. I think choosing the right ID is very important. Went to a lot of ID firm and met lots of ID for discussion and was finally introduce to Khim from This Is Interior Pte Ltd. Me and my husband feel comfortable with the discussion with him and decided to choose him for our house renovation. Khim was... amazing. He was very on the ball and providing suggestions to solve most of our problems and never fail to meet the timeline set. The most amazing part was when he is away in Japan 3 weeks for holiday, he was still on top of our renovation and never took more than 10min to reply any of my messages. Workmanship no good. Promise to come end up no come and change date by themselves. Call up to repair a piece of tile take 2-3 month to make appointment. Very bad experience from this renovation. If you guys want bad service then look for this company. Once you paid and they will ignore your call.... This is the worst company I never met. They don’t even bother to call back you even you drop them message or miss call them. Just a piece of kitchen skirting tile and they drag me few months and still don’t show up after confirm the date. Don’t even give you a call and said sorry. Guys be more smart, don’t let this company cheat you!!!read more

Aiden was my ID in charge and he did a great job handling this renovation.Obviously there will be some hiccups, there always is with every renovation project. But Aiden was been extremely responsive and solution oriented every single time. Some things obviously were beyond his fault or... circumstance but whatever he could solve, he did.His constant availability on WhatsApp for all issues and discussions was very much appreciated and I'm very satisfied with his service and the company's workmanship standard in general.He is the first contractor I've had in 4 renovations in 20+yrs that was always punctual and always responded to any questions or issues. He never went MIA!All issues that we threw up to him throughout the renovation with comments and photos on WhatsApp were always addressed. Amazingly he never missed anything that we brought up out. In particular, the carpentry, electrical (save for some minor mistakes) and the painters were excellent.The plumber was not as careful with the installations... There are some slight scratches on the master bath floor from him dragging the toilet bowl over it during installation. But I didn't mention it as it's too troublesome and minor to rectify.The head tiler (old tall guy) was good too.Aiden has been the best ID/contractor I've worked with in 4 renovations to date and coming from me, it's high praise.Given that this company was a random pick by us to quote the job and we had interviewed 8 companies before we settled on them. Including 3 old school contractors that were recommended by friends. It was really a big leap of faith to go with them but they gave us the best value quotation and were the most responsive and Aiden was very earnest and sincere in getting our job.So thank you.I wish Aiden all the best in growing fast and successfully in this company as he's an extremely hardworking and intelligent young man.I've already referred him to quite a few friends and will continue to do so.😊read more

After serious consideration, We had finally decided to engage Justin from TII to revamp our MBR as well as our boys' room. We are glad to have made the right decision. From the first meeting till the end of renovation, we had constant assurance from Justin on the stipulated deadline on the... completion of our rooms. Our case is slightly different than usual as we are still living in the house hence it is more challenging for him to coordinate especially on the carpentry installation. We are thankful to him because he delivers what he promised and gave our rooms a totally new layout. We love it!!Thank you for your hardwork and always being so accommodating to our schedule. How many times have you has a disagreement with your interior designer? Almost everyone had to do renovation has had this experience. The point of stressing this out is to first understand this is very normal and common everywhere. A good ID is someone who finds solutions to the problems, a great... one, finds solutions that are a service recovery to the client and still delivers in the end. Glad to say that This is Interior has gone to it's extents to make themselves a great ID Company. They don't feel afraid to speak their mind against your will if your safety is in concern. This is interior PTE LTD at first think is just a very normal interior design company because we need to move in to our new HDB BTO fast and think just give it a try. But not just the service for both Tim and Bruce give us simple and easy solution for our design done it by 3 weeks time that a bit... rush for our build in kitchen cabinet and 3 bedroom. House completely done up and took over 5th October after 8 weeks of renovation 👍Kelvin is our ID, young chap.
